Batch Mixer

Mixing Cement Blends & Pumping Fluids

GOES Batch Mixing Units are available as truck, trailer or skid-mounted systems. The key characteristics of our batch mixers are simple operations and maintenance and providing a wide range of density options and a homogeneous slurry. Batch Mixers are designed with redundant circulating and discharge centrifugal pumps such that slurry can be mixed in one tank while slurry is discharged from the other. Our design also allows either slurry centrifugal to circulate and discharge from either tank. This redundancy provides backup if one of the centrifugal pumps should ever have an issue.  Our automatic density control system can be ordered to support the mixing process. GOES Batch Mixing Units are available up to flow rates of 15bbl/min.

  • Cement batch mixer system to produce homogeneous slurry where accuracy is extremely critical
  • Utilized for extreme climates from arctic to desert and tropical conditions
  • Truck, trailer or skid mounted
  • Various diesel engine configurations in order to reach the desired HP rating
  • Built to European standards (optional)
  • CE conformity (optional)
  • Dual compartment, slurry displacement tank with open top and hydraulic mixing paddle system
  • Closed top slurry tank (optional)
  • Coated slarry tanks for acidizing jobs (optional)
  • Various tank sizes
  • Sloped bottom tanks
  • Centrifugal slurry recirculation / discharge pumps
  • Eductors for introduction of dry cement and / or dry additives into tanks
  • Local control console
  • Pneumatic actuated valves
  • Pneumatic loading lines
  • Density measurement
  • Flow measurement (optional)
  • Data acquisition system
  • Recirculating / non-recirculating mixing system

Double Pumping Units

For Various Pumping Operations

Different oil and gas plays require different HP-ratings and often are located in rough environment. Different countries require different truck, trailer or skid mounted configurations to optimize transportation costs and to comply with road regulations. GOES GmbH is offering standard frac pump designs from 1.000 HP to 3.000 HP – depending on customer needs.

Single Pumping Units

GOES Fluid Pumping Units are designed for coiled tubing operations including efficient and safe chemical and lubricant pumping, water injection, gravel packs, cementing, acidizing and various other pumping applications.  Depending of the application, the units can be ordered as a skid, trailer or truck-mounted system. Our fluid pump skids are available with DNV 2.7.1 and ATEX certifications. GOES oilfield units can all be ordered with CE marking. Main components can be chosen by the customer, but standard packages are also offered. Truck mounted designs can be ordered with a deck-engine or with a cost and weight-saving set up where the road engine is used also for the pumping application. Each unit is available as a twin fluid pumping System too.
