GOES, as a coiled tubing unit manufacturer offers truck, trailer and skid-mounted designs which can be customized to meet specific needs.

Depending on road regulations and environment of operation, different designs are possible. Reel skids and trailers for bigger tubing sizes are also manufactured.

Our truck mounted Coiled Tubing units are compact and light-weight designed for carrying the max. capacity of tubing. A crane can be installed as well. Our skid mounted designs are mostly for offshore usage and are available in various configurations.

The required pressure control equipment, injector and Software package will also be offered.

  • Data acquisition system with operational parameters are measured and recorded every second

  • Heating and cooling packages available to meet all climate conditions

  • Controls and instrumentation devices include a combination of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical devices

  • Storage racks for hoses, treating iron and swivels

The GOES Cementing units (single or twin pumping unit) are having an automatic or manually controlled re-circulation cement slurry mixing system.

Truck, trailer and skid-mounted designs are in place and various customer specified tank sizes are possible. We also offer Batch Mixing Units as truck, trailer and skid-mounted unit.

All cementing equipment is available for onshore and offshore applications and is coming with the required certification and professional documentation.

The GOES Twin Pumping Units are available as truck, trailer or skid- mounted design. These Double Pumping units can be used for high-pressure well service treatments for pumping cement, acid, water, drilling fluid, and other fluids.The high-pressure pumping system consists of two diesel engines, two powershift transmissions, and two triplex pumps. Whereas for truck-mounted configurations it is also possible to use the tractor engine as the second power source.

GOES twin pumpers are characterized by their compactness, lightweight, high efficiency and ease of maintenance. The fluid handling system can be customized, mostly it comes with a two compartment stainless steel tank. The number of centrifugal pumps is depending on applications and varies from two to four.

APPLICATIONS

GOES Fluid Pumping Units are designed for coiled tubing operations including efficient and safe chemical and lubricant pumping, water injection, gravel packs, cementing, acidizing and various other pumping applications.

FEATURES

Depending of the application, the units can be ordered as a skid, trailer or truck-mounted system.

Our fluid pump skids are available with DNV 2.7.1 and ATEX certifications. GOES oilfield units can all be ordered with CE marking. Main components can be chosen by the customer, but standard packages are also offered.

Truck mounted designs can be ordered with a deck-engine or with a cost and weight-saving set up where the road engine is used also for the pumping application. Each unit is available as a twin fluid pumping system too.

APPLICATIONS

GOES coiled tubing reels are available in various sizes to fit any coiled tubing application.

FEATURES

GOES coiled tubing reels are equipped with quick replacement drum systems and the hydraulic system is engineered for fast tripping speeds.

Each reel unit comes with a device to exit e-line, a pressure tested swivel and a counting and levelwind system for different pipe sizes.

Trucks or trailers to carry the spooled-on reels for coiled tubing operations are available at GOES.

Yard spooling systems are also available at GOES.

GOES hot oilers are truck-mounted units. Due to several options like installing a filtration system or stainless steel / coated tanks, some of our customers call this unit MPPU (Multi Purpose Pumping Unit).

Our hot oilers are also available as a trailer or skid-mounted package. GOES data acquisition software is offered optionally.

As on all truck mounted single or double pump units, a two speed gear box can be installed to achieve also slow pumping rates.
